Toward the end of the display, they throw bundles of flaming wood and brush off of the cliffs and into the water. That streak of light on the right is one such bundle. Everyone on the beach would shout “Nakhwaya!” (which means “falling fire!”) and then they would throw the flaming bundles over the edge.
