Hyunjin samples the main course, a plate of ureok (sorry, I don’t know what this is in English). She is wrapping it in a sesame leaf with a slice of garlic and (I believe) some soy bean paste. I usually just eat my sashimi straight, maybe dipped in a mixture of soy sauce and wasabi, but Koreans like wrapping stuff in greens.
