Cape Cod, 2014
This is Pilgrim Monument, a hundred-year-old monument built to commemorate the landing of the pilgrims on Cape Cod in 1620. Apparently it is based on the famous Torre del Mangia in Siena, Italy. It does look quite similar... and yet somehow does not seem to have the same charm as the Italian tower.
