Thailand, Part 4: Chiang Mai
While eating we were entertained by performers doing traditional Thai dances. At one point the women came out into the audience to drag hapless spectators onto the stage where they were subjected to torture and humiliation. At least that’s the way I saw it. Hyun-jin was much more adventurous, and went up on stage to try to learn a bit of traditional dancing.
