This was our final view of Chungju Lake, and our final image of Danyang. I’m guessing that the lower tree line is where the water rises to when the lake is full. It is a rather beautiful place with many interesting rock formations, and it was a fitting end to our two-day journey both below and above the peaks of Mt. Sobaek.
