This past winter, my wife and I visited the States for almost a month and a half. We spent most of that time on the east coast with my family.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t all that great, and we took a lot of pictures indoors as well, and I discovered that our camera doesn’t really take great pictures in less than perfect light. On the whole, I was very disappointed with our east coast pictures, but I tried to cull the best of a bad lot to put up here.

I also never realized how much the wide lense distorts things up close. If the walls sometimes don’t look parallel (like in the first picture), I think that might be why.
