This is Gwanghwamun Gate, the front gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Again, the camera was resting on a bench (in fact, it was resting in the exact location of the picket sign, which was now gone) and was propped up with a few fingers. This was a 0.8 second exposure, capturing the lights of some of the traffic that whizzed by in front of the gate.
