The road was very narrow at times, with some very tight (and blind) turns. We often saw signs like this one, and I obliged by laying on the horn, just in case someone was coming the other way. (It may look like we’ve pulled off the side of the road here, but we’re actually on the road itself, and this was taken through the windscreen—you can see a little glare in the upper center if you look close.)
