We did go out for breakfast, though—it was a buffet that performed its function but was otherwise not really worthy of special mention—and afterward we took one last walk on the beach to digest. (Yes, I am wearing jeans on the beach. Truth be told, I don’t really like wearing shorts—I never wear shorts in Korea—and would sooner wear trousers, even in the middle of summer.)
Oh, I should mention that the mountain you can see in the background is Diamond Head, a volcano and state monument. We thought about going, but we didn’t really have the time, unfortunately.
