Ho-Am Art Museum Garden

This turtle spits out a continuous stream of water that feeds the pond seen two photos ago. These artificial ponds are not completely stagnant, though they may look it. They always have an inlet, which is usually prominent and visible (and decorated in some way—the turtle, or terrapin, is a natural choice, since it is a water animal), and an outlet, which is usually not so visible.
