Jeju Island Trip: Fall 2005
Hyunjin is posing here with a “Dolharubang,” a stone diety that preserves peace and order on Jeju Island (and also kindly stands very still for photographs). These statues are a symbol of Jeju Island in Korea. Just about every tourist place sells miniature versions of these statues in various sizes. This one looked a bit too heavy to take home.
