This is another horribly translated sign. This one should read “Operation prohibited except for crew” (it was on an elevator). I cannot for the life of me figure out where the “learns” comes from. My wife suggested that maybe they were trying to say “ask the crew if you want to use the elevator,” but that doesn’t really fit the Korean.
