Jeju Island Trip: Fall 2005
We arranged to pick up our rental car at the harbor, and from there we drove to the airport to fill out the paperwork. Then we began our tour of the island, making Manjang Cave our first stop. Thankfully, I had brought my tripod, making long exposures like this possible.
Like most caves, this one was very cool—you could feel the temperature drop as soon as you entered it. It is a lava cave, so it is very broad and smooth. No tight spaces for the claustrophobic here.
