Seoul 2004 Luminarie
I don’t really know what to call this. It’s not really a pavilion, since it doesn’t have a roof. I’m sure there’s a name for it, but I don’t know what it is. At any rate, it houses the official city center marker, which you can (sort of) see in the next photo.
