And speaking of the food, here it is: the Pig Out. It’s ribs, sausage, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork, plus two sides (country greens and baked beans for us) and cornbread. Hyunjin and I usually just order one Pig Out and split it. I can’t imagine eating all this myself. Needless to say, the food here is very good—it’s a very popular destination. We always make it a point to stop at Virgil’s at least once whenever we’re in New York.
