2010 Seoul World Lantern Festival
We started out on the southern side of the stream, partly because there were fewer people there, but we soon realized why everyone was on the north side—most of the lanterns were facing that direction. This lantern, though, presumably representing Shanghai (that’s the Oriental Pearl Tower on the far right), worked well from both directions, I shot this one photo before we crossed over to the north side.
