Hyunjin poses outside of the tempura restaurant. Notice the line of people waiting to get in. In the absence of experience, this is the best way to choose a place to eat—just go where all the locals go. And this place was indeed packed. We ate upstairs in relative piece, but downstairs, where they had a long bar, people were shoulder to shoulder.
