This is the view from our floor (the fourth) of the ryokan the next morning. It is rather unremarkable, and I only include it here because the view reminded me so much of the view we used to have from the roof of our place near my school. In fact, at a glance I could easily mistake this photo as one taken from our old place. The only difference is that Seoul is hilly while Tokyo is quite flat.
